The Invisalign animation (videos!)
Now this is the deal maker, the thing that does it, the clear and compelling justification for spending over £3000 to straighten teeth. This is the animation that Invisalign produce that shows how your teeth will move during the course of the treatment.
These videos are produced after the initial consultation where the moulds of your teeth are taken which costs £500. Although we saw the animation of somebody else's teeth earlier on, it still amazed me to see my teeth moving into perfect alignment. My first question after seeing them was "what is the success rate of achieving this?" the answer to which was "almost 100%". Watching it again now as I write this page it still amazes me. My only grievance is that the animation doesn't describe any of the discomfort or pain that is endured in the process!!
Those pink squares are the composite blobs that the dentist attached to my teeth to help move the teeth in the desired position. They aren't pink in real life!
